How to pair a new or extra phone to AAWireless?

It's possible to connect multiple phones to your AAWireless device. It is, however, important to note that they cannot be active simultaneously. AAWireless adapters allow you to either pair a new phone or switch to an already connected phone.

How to pair a new / extra phone to AAWireless

To pair a new phone to your AAWireless device, please follow instructions below.

AAWireless TWO:

• Hold the multifunctional button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode (solid purple)
• Turn on bluetooth on the phone you want to connect
• Select your AAWireless device in the bluetooth settings
• Wait for the LED to turn solid blue and for your head unit to boot Android Auto. Your device is now connected.

AAWireless (1st gen):

• Turn off bluetooth on the phone that is connected
• Turn on bluetooth on the phone you want to connect
• Select your AAWireless device in the bluetooth settings
• Wait for the LED to turn solid blue and for your head unit to boot Android Auto. Your device is now connected.

To switch between phones that are already connected to your AAWireless device:

AAWireless TWO:

• Single click the multifunctional button to switch to the next phone in the list of paired phones
  
  • Note: single click is the default button configuration for switching phones. If you changed the button configuration via the app settings, we can advise checking this first.

AAWireless (1st gen):

• Open the companion app on the phone you want to use for Android Auto
• Tap the button "Switch to this phone" in the main overview
