What if I want to return a product?

Return policy

If you wish to return your wireless Android Auto adapter, you can do so within 30 days after receiving it. To improve our products and services, we will ask what the reason for the return is. You’re, however, not required to state this reason.

Are you returning the product because it doesn't work? Sometimes wireless adapters don't seem to work due to specific settings or car configurations. Since this will be the same for any other wireless Android Auto adapter, make sure you first go through the troubleshooting guide in our free app or consult our support agents.

Sure you want to return the product? Please register your return by emailing support@aawireless.io. You will then receive a return address to which you should send the parcel yourself.

Return payment

If the returned product meets the conditions above, we will make a return payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days after receiving your return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must have been purchased through our own webshop
• The product and all other accessories supplied must be in the original packaging
• The product and all other accessories supplied should not have any signs of use

Return costs

Customers bear the return costs themselves. If the product is demonstrably defective and is returned under warranty, we will pay the return costs. In that case, we’ll send you a return label via email. To learn more about our warranty policy, click here.
